Account Manager / Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick-cycle sales environment and enjoys both inside and outside sales activities. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships within assigned territory
Conduct both inside and outside sales activities
Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
Manage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to close
Provide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Sales Focus
Equipment rentals and related services
Direct customer engagement and account development
Territory outreach including Reach DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia)
Hybrid work environment with flexibility (no fixed schedule structure)
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts
