🎯Your mission

We are seeking a experienced Account Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of client campaigns and managing expectations with the practical execution of their campaigns. Account Managers may work with other Ad Ops team members to ensure the delivery of all aspects of the customer’s needs—which may mean dealing with issues outside of campaign management (ex. creatives management, automatic ad-serving reports or access, IOs, and so on).

👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Guarantee that all assets and information are complete to start the implementation process.
  • Play a client-facing role by building relationships based on trust, promoting and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert support.
  • Comprehend the client’s objectives and how Admazing is adding value to them.
  • Assist in the kick-off meetings with the pre-sales team to understand the campaign goals and strategy.
  • Monitor weekly reporting, analyze data, and prepare post-buy reporting, including valuable insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Detect opportunities for improvement in campaigns and promote solution-seeking across all Ad-ops Teams.
  • Brand lift analyzing and final reporting of the client.
  • Lead the conciliation process to ensure invoicing

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
