- Nira's mission is to help convert the US power grid to be 100% fossil-free.
- We are profitable!
- Nira is a software platform that helps renewable energy developers find the cheapest points on the grid to connect.
- We focus on estimating the cost to interconnect with the electrical grid (aka the Interconnection Process). Depending on where developers connect, they may be on the hook to pay millions of dollars to upgrade power lines, substations etc.
As an Account Manager at Nira, you'll work directly with renewable energy developers—our core customers—to help them navigate the complex world of grid interconnection. Your work will be a key part of accelerating renewable projects getting built.
You’ll work most closely with our customers’ Transmission, Interconnection, and Development teams. Your day-to-day will span everything from onboarding and product guidance to contract renewals and upselling new features. You’ll also collaborate closely with Nira’s internal teams to shape the product based on what our customers actually need.
Most of your time will be spent building deep, long-term relationships with our customers, becoming their go-to for anything Nira-related. The best Account Managers at Nira are part technical expert, part product advisor, and part strategic partner.
