About the role:Our Account Manager completes the post-sales lifecycle for Intelligo's portfolio of customers, acts as a trusted advisor for each customer, and emphasizes each account's business value. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within our enterprise customer base to build relationships and grow our existing customer partnerships. We've signed some of the largest investment funds in the world and want to extend the value they're seeing from our product throughout the organization. You will manage your own book of business from close through growth and expansion, and will be provided all the tools, resources, and guidance to succeed.
What You'll Do:- Own 75-100 accounts with a keen focus on driving adoption and usage
- Manage full customer lifecycle, acting as trusted advisor and consultant
- Foster long-term strategic relationships with key client stakeholders
- Deliver on revenue targets within your book of business via upsell, cross-sell, etc.
- Understand customer's complex business challenges and educate stakeholders on solutions using our product to achieve outcomes
- Build a successful account plan for each customer based on data analysis and customer needs and priorities
- Travel to meet with clients when appropriate and maintain regular contact
- Work with Account Executives, Marketing, Product and R&D to optimize customer experience and satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role with proven success managing strategic accounts (must)
- Experience working in a SaaS environment with customers in the Financial services space
- Confidence in accessing and engaging credibly with senior decision makers in global organizations
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets
- Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
- Exceptional presentation skills and attention to detail
- Highly data-driven with excellent problem solving and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Specific background check and/or due diligence experience

This position is Remote, working hours should align with Eastern Time.
Compensation:Account Manager - $80,000-$100,000
Our compensation structure includes a base salary and performance-based variable component (typically a 75/25 split). The final package may vary depending on experience and level.
