About Snug
Snug is a B2B SaaS platform that helps financial professionals add estate planning as a turnkey profit center. Our white-labeled solution makes it simple for advisors to retain clients, boost revenue, and stand out from competitors. Backed by top-tier investors, we’re scaling quickly and looking for sharp, motivated people to join us.

We prefer collaborating in person because it helps us quickly bounce ideas around, solve challenges, and move fast. Great ideas come from everywhere on the team, so if you enjoy jumping in, making an impact, and tackling interesting problems with good people, you'll fit right in.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle role that includes running product demos for inbound prospects, onboarding new customers, and managing long-term account success. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each customer has a smooth experience from first contact through activation and beyond.

You’ll work directly with the founders and early customers to refine onboarding, track usage health, and iterate on how we drive adoption and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Run 6–8 focused product demos per day with inbound leads
  • Own the full customer journey from signup to activation
  • Own customer support for your accounts
  • Lead onboarding sessions and answer setup or usage questions
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively address churn risks
  • Surface insights to improve our product, pitch, and support docs
  • Collaborate with the founder to scale onboarding and success playbooks

Who You Are

  • You get hyped when your calendar is packed with demos, and think talking to customers to solve their problems in real-time is the best way to learn
  • You can design your own customer onboarding, support, and success flows and own your book of business A-Z, pre-sale to expansion.
  • Obsessed with converting your manual processes to efficient automations
  • Enjoys a mix of sales, onboarding, and customer care
  • Take ownership of whatever you do, and push others to be their best selves
  • You're a HubSpot pro and could build a drip campaign to convince anyone to sign up
  • You can thrive as a lone wolf, but you prefer being part of a pack!

Compensation

  • Salary: $110k
  • Equity: 0.20%
  • Benefits: Includes generous health coverage, 401(k) access, gym and pool access, free coffee, unlimited PTO
