THE HIGH LEVEL

At Iron Bow, our Account Managers are trusted advisors and growth drivers—shaping client success through innovative IT solutions. In this role, you’ll engage with Sports, Media & Entertainment and SLED (LA 2028) customers across the SoCal market, managing established accounts while pursuing major new opportunities and net-new logos. You’ll collaborate with strategic partners and internal teams, turning challenges into tailored solutions that fuel client missions. We’re seeking a dynamic professional with the vision, energy, and determination to win in a fast-moving market.     **Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles, CA area and requires 20-30% travel**

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Driving consultative IT sales activities focused on providing customer driven outcomes.
  • Proposing IT solutions and professional services tailored to our core capabilities within the Sports, Media and Entertainment and SLED segments with a primary focus on Workforce Experience, IT Modernization, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Subject Matter Expert teams to expand customer relevance and engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and an excellent knowledge of their customers’ missions.
  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans to drive product and professional services business.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and OEM counterparts, leveraging these relationships within an existing account base for success.  
  • Driving successful business outcomes and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Leveraging business and community relationships to increase profitable revenue through information technology solutions sales.

YOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM

  • Excellent and proven track record in understanding customer needs within the Sports, Media and Entertainment and SLED segments, operating with meticulous attention to detail, urgency, and a passion for driving transformational business outcomes.   
  • Proven track record with 8–10+ years selling technology solutions across Sports, Media, Entertainment, and SLED accounts, with strong Cisco expertise is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Cisco revenue growth by aligning solutions with Iron Bow’s core capabilities: Workforce Experience, IT Modernization, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
  • An out of the box thinker, who enjoys problem solving with a consultative approach to driving cutting-edge technologies.    
  • Masterful at prioritizing tasks to consistently deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities for rapid learning and growth.
  • An inspirational team player who embodies leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance with a winning attitude.  

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position prefers candidates based in the Los Angeles, CA area and requires 20-30% travel.
