Who You Are

You're the person clients want in their corner. You don't just manage accounts—you build partnerships that matter. You see beyond renewals and quotas, transforming client relationships into long-term strategic alliances. Complex client environments energize you, and your superpower is understanding what clients need before they even know they need it.

You're equally comfortable discussing security posture with a CISO as you are navigating contract negotiations with procurement. You read the room, anticipate objections, and always find a path forward. When clients face challenges, you're the first person they call because they trust you to deliver solutions, not just sales pitches.

You've built a career around nurturing relationships, hitting targets, and creating value that goes beyond the transaction. You lean into challenges, care about getting "the little things" right, and know that exceptional client service doesn't fit into a nine-to-five schedule. It's not just what you do—it's how you're wired, and you wouldn't want to do anything else.

Why You Matter

You'll be joining MOXFIVE as an Account Manager, taking on a critical role within our growth team. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they not only renew their partnerships with us but expand them. Whether it's working with enterprise security leaders or navigating the needs of growing organizations, you'll drive retention strategies and uncover opportunities to deepen client engagement.

In this role, you'll provide strategic guidance that keeps clients secure and satisfied, turning your relationship-building expertise into clear, actionable growth opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients maximize their investment in MOXFIVE while ensuring they have the support and solutions they need to stay resilient.

When renewal season approaches, clients don't just need a contract—they need a partner who understands their business. Your consultative approach and genuine care directly shape outcomes, ensuring companies continue to trust MOXFIVE as their go-to cybersecurity resource.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven sales excellence: Minimum of 5 years of business development and sales experience within a technology company, with a track record of exceeding expectations in a quota-carrying role

  • Technical fluency: Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp new business and technical concepts, especially within cybersecurity

  • Strategic relationship building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with client IT and security leaders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level

  • Client-first mindset: Deep commitment to customer satisfaction, always putting clients' needs and success at the forefront

  • Consultative sales approach: Ability to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling by understanding clients' security postures and business objectives

  • Project management prowess: Proven ability to manage multiple client renewals and projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail

  • Industry expertise: In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and current security challenges

  • Technical proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM software, quote generation, and vendor relationship management

  • Competitive collaboration: Competitive nature balanced with strong team player mentality

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate strategically: Work closely with MOXFIVE Technical Advisors to understand clients' security postures, existing initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Build trusted partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for current MOXFIVE clients, nurturing strong relationships with IT and security leaders to ensure their continued success

  • Drive renewal excellence: Proactively manage the renewals process, ensuring timely renewals and high retention rates while identifying opportunities for expansion

  • Monitor account health: Track and drive client retention efforts, ensuring clients' needs are consistently met and fostering long-term partnerships

  • Ensure accuracy and alignment: Support the creation and management of renewal quotes, ensuring they align with clients' needs and existing agreements

  • Maintain CRM excellence: Actively manage and update client data in the CRM to accurately track renewal status, account health, and sales activities
