Account Manager – P&C Insurance
Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Property & Casualty Insurance team. This role will manage relationships with clients who purchase traffic across our Click, Lead, and Call verticals. You’ll work closely with mid-size to enterprise-level businesses and play a key role in strengthening partnerships and driving long-term growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants exposure to the full business — including media, technology, product, and revenue — and is eager to grow with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with brokers, agencies, and insurance carriers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients purchasing Clicks, Leads, and Calls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, tech, product, and revenue teams
- Understand client goals and align solutions to drive performance and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve client outcomes
- Maintain a strong understanding of the overall business and industry landscape
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
- Strong Excel, Snowflake, PowerBI, and data analysis skills
- Ability to understand and explain business performance and client solutions
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions
- Experience in the lead generation space, or performance marketing is a plus

Location & Work Schedule
- Hybrid role based in Denver or Seattle
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- In-office: Tuesday–Thursday
95K base plus annual performance bonus
