Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Account Manager to join the Insurance Operations team at Pivot Health, a Healthcare.com company. This role will focus on driving growth among existing agency and agent partners who sell health insurance products under the Pivot Health brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management and partner development within the insurance industry, especially in the under-65 individual health insurance market.
As a remote contributor reporting to the SVP of Insurance Operations, this role is essential in optimizing agent engagement, maximizing production, and executing scalable retention and growth strategies across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of licensed agencies and agents actively selling Pivot Health products.
Develop and execute customized engagement strategies to increase agent production and overall book performance.
Proactively identify and act on sales trends, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
Deliver regular performance reviews, pipeline updates, and business insights to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to inform partner strategy and support ongoing improvements in agent experience.
Support the execution of growth campaigns, training sessions, product updates, and operational enhancements for assigned accounts.
Ensure agent feedback is captured, tracked, and applied to optimize processes, tools, and support infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, performance activity, and projections using internal CRM and reporting systems.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or insurance operations, preferably within a B2B distribution model.
Strong understanding of individual health insurance markets (especially under-65).
Experience working with health insurance brokers, agencies, or uplines in a production-focused role.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth in sales performance or partner retention.
Familiarity with enrollment platforms such as E123, HealthSherpa, or similar quoting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in managing agent relationships in a remote/virtual environment.
Working knowledge of multi-carrier distribution models and broker enablement platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and location.
Annual bonus opportunity of $20,000 to $40,000, based on performance.
