Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create account strategy and action plan based on information from customer and FNST manufacturing sites
  • Ability to value-sell, and receive new business at price higher than competitors
  • Create pricing map based on existing business information
  • Project management skills – Ability to understand customer schedule and proactively follow both internally and externally for smooth launch
  • Ability to gain in-depth understanding of existing business and create roadmap for protecting existing business, and identifying area(s) of growth
  • Strong communication skills – Fully understand expectation, prepare proposal, and reach agreement
  • Strong negotiation skills and consider any change as an opportunity to improve profit margin 
  • Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
  • Must be highly organized and flexible to handle multiple priorities and clients

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS with discipline in Engineering, Business, Management or other related degree in Business and or manufacturing
  • 2 -5 years + of commercial product experience Account Management
  • Work experience dealing with German or North American general industry OEM’s or Tier I accounts a plus; preferably larger in scope, size and complexity
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time domestically with some international may travel required – Mexico and/or Europe
  • Professional level English skills (both written and verbal)
