Role Description:

We’re looking for a true enterprise hunter to own net-new logo acquisition across academic medical centers, radiology practices, and health systems. In this role, you’ll take qualified opportunities from first discovery through close and drive converting evaluations into signed contracts. You’ll be accountable for building pipeline, progressing deals, and closing new enterprise business. You will own relationships with enterprise partners to convert opportunities into closed-won business and drive expansion revenue. You will take qualified opportunities from discovery into structured evaluation, stakeholder alignment, commercial negotiation, and contract executiondriving clear next steps, tightening timelines, and removing blockers across clinical, IT, security, legal, and finance throughout. This role is accountable for pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline ownership and deal execution 

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and leads; build and maintain a data-driven pipeline that supports market growth. 
  • Lead sales cycles through discovery, qualification, evaluation planning, pricing, contracting, and signature. 
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, including stage definitions, close plans, next steps, forecast accuracy, and deliver consistent reporting to leadership.

Build relationships to accelerate buying decisions

  • Establish multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders to move deals forward. 
  • Identify and address objections; align stakeholders to a clear buying process and timeline. 
  • Navigate enterprise purchasing workflows and security reviews to reduce cycle time and increase win rate. 

Close new business and expand within existing accounts

  • Identify net-new opportunities and drive them to close. 
  • Expand existing accounts by uncovering additional use cases, departments, and facility rollouts; develop upsell and cross-sell proposals and close add-on business. 
  • Proactively manage commercial risks, such as competitive threats and stakeholder churn, to protect forecasted revenue.

Coordinate internal resources to win

  • Quarterback internal teams to support late-stage deals, evaluations, and executive reviews. 
  • Ensure timely follow-through on operational inputs required for contracting and go-live readiness (e.g., security questionnaires, documentation, implementation sequencing). 
  • Provide structured feedback to product/marketing based on recurring deal patterns and market signals.
