The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial founding Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the entire sales process from prospecting to close. You will work directly with Retti leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales organization as we grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, early-stage environment where you can directly influence outcomes and see the impact of your work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close new business with concrete contractors
  • Drive outbound activity to build your own pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social engagement, and event follow-up
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy, messaging, and sales processes
  • Provide feedback from the field to help guide product development and marketing efforts
  • Represent Retti at industry events, trade shows, and host webinars
  • Maintain healthy and accurate pipeline management and reporting in HubSpot

You’re a Fit If You

  • Understand contractor challenges, workflows, and scheduling/logistics systems
  • Have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (construction tech or field service software strongly preferred)
  • Have a proven track record of generating and closing business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding quota through consultative, value-based selling
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for direction
  • Are organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented when managing your pipeline and follow-up
  • Love collaborating across teams and solving operational challenges creatively
  • Bonus: You have worked in a startup, especially SaaS or construction tech
