NeoSystems LLC seeks a sales professional with experience selling both services and products to both commercial organizations and Government Contractors. Services include; Managed (outsourced) Accounting, HR, and IT Services, Hosting/Cloud infrastructure, Systems Integration Services, and Business Process Optimization Services. Product sales include software from Deltek, Adaptive Insights (a Workday company), Nutrient, UKG, SAP/Concur, and more. North America territory with both named accounts and greenfield selling opportunities.
Must have a proven record of identifying new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing business opportunities. Must demonstrate a willingness to participate in Sales & Marketing Departmental activities such as trade shows, job fairs, networking within the community. Self-sufficient in scheduling sales calls, mailing supporting material, maintaining calendar, etc. Grow the overall business by adding $4.0M in bookings/revenue in year one by targeting a mix of accounts while calling on C-level executives. Must be willing to travel (estimated at 25% of time). The position includes base with an un-capped commission plan and generous benefits.

• Knowledge of government contracting industry.
• Manage complex sales cycle through to completion by being organized, taking ownership, communicating clearly, following through, taking direction, making compromises, focusing on quality, addressing prospects concerns, and staying focused on the prospect’s needs.
• Must be able to sell a complex mixture of products and services.
• 10+ years of prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objectives.
• Prior experience selling services in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, human capital management, or IT Services or products such as Deltek, Ultimate S/W, Adaptive, etc.
• Contract and proposal development experience
• Ability to work well in a team
• Diligence, attention to detail, positive attitude, good communication skills
• Knowledge of Deltek, IBM (Cognos), HRIS or IT related services & products helpful but not required.
• BA in business administration, human capital management, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field; or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

• Focuses on selling of Managed Services while cross selling other services like consulting and staff augmentation.
• Sales funnel management skills to develop large pipeline and juggle lots of opportunities simultaneously.
• Targets midsized companies on the verge of outgrowing their current back office infrastructure.
• Owns results, demonstrates initiative, and takes responsibility for work.
• Anticipates potential issues and/or opportunities and takes appropriate action.
• Looks for opportunities to add value to the client and expand service offerings.
• Applies courtesy, tact, and discretion; uses interpersonal skills to build alliances to achieve objectives.

• Acts with internal/external customer satisfaction in mind.
• Acts professionally, ethically and with integrity.
