📍Your Impact Starts Here

We’re looking for an Account Executive to help small businesses adopt and expand their use of Homebase’s suite of workforce management tools. In this role, you’ll work directly with owners and operators to understand their day-to-day challenges and guide them toward solutions that save time, reduce friction, and help their teams run better.


You’ll manage a high-velocity sales motion that includes discovery, product education, and closing—often within short sales cycles. Success in this role comes from consistency, strong customer conversations, and the ability to balance efficiency with empathy.


This is a hands-on role within an established sales organization, where you’ll contribute to revenue growth while helping shape best practices through real customer insight. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, value ownership, and want to make a tangible impact for small businesses, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to do just that.

🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in SMB SaaS or high-throughput SDR/BDR or AE environments

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume sales motions with short deal cycles

  • Ability to clearly communicate value to non-technical customers, especially small business owners

  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and apply feedback quickly

  • A consultative mindset—you ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help customers make confident decisions

  • Metrics-driven approach—you track your activity, understand your funnel, and use data to improve performance

  • Coachability and collaboration—you’re open to feedback and enjoy sharing what works with your teammates

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with consistent in-office presence Monday –Thursday
