Cordance is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across our portfolio of software companies. In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities by proactively building pipeline, executing consultative discovery, and managing the full sales cycle.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Generate New Business: Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify and engage new customers.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Consultative Discovery: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and position Cordance solutions to deliver measurable business value.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate activity records, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts within CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to shape sales strategy.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- Strong ability to engage senior decision-makers and build trust through consultative conversations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined pipeline management.
- A self-starter mindset with resilience, drive, and accountability in achieving results.
