We have an immediate opening for a on-site Account Executive, with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to a Sales Manager, this role serves as a critical member of the sales team, and is responsible for establishing a business relationship between Instawork and top hospitality partners. This role requires experience in SMB and mid-market sales. This is a results-driven position that requires a track record of success – consistently exceeding quota.

What You'll Do

  • Establish a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and top hospitality partners
  • Executing the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app by reaching out to executives and key decision makers
  • Utilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster and cost-effective solution compared to competitors
  • Ensure a top-notch first experience with Instawork and obsess over expanding the account in the first months as a customer
  • Strategically work an assigned account list focusing on net new client acquisition closing new business over the phone, video and in-person by delivering tailored sales presentations
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
  • Utilize our tools and maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience in SMB and mid-market sales
  • A track record of success – consistently exceeding quota
  • Competitive mentality with an innate desire to be at the top of the leaderboard
  • Experience operating and excelling in a fast paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and ZoomInfo preferred
  • Experience and passion for selling into hospitality businesses is not required, but is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base salary for this position is $70,000 eligible OTE for total of $140,000 and uncapped sales incentive pay
