As an Account Executive you will spearhead customer acquisition at Payabli, and be tasked with closing high-value partnership deals with B2B SaaS companies globally. You will report directly to Payabli’s Co-CEO / Co-Founder and play a pivotal role in shaping the sales organization and sales strategy for Payabli. Selling Payabli’s Payments Infrastructure Stack is a high contract value, sophisticated, solution sale. It requires you to be eloquent, possess financial acumen, have an inclination for educating your prospects and shepherding them through a methodical Sales Process. Furthermore this role is a full-cycle role, while you will receive meetings booked for you, you will be a skilled prospector that prides yourself on “hunting” your own book of business. If you’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, love selling complex and sophisticated solutions, have an affinity for Payments & Fintech, want to earn top-dollar, and help build a BIG business, look no further.

In this Account Executive role, you will:

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers within Vertical SaaS and foster partnerships with them to leverage Payabli’s Payment Infrastructure Stack 
  • Help define global sales strategy and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across the company
  • Prospect and schedule meetings to ensure you have sufficient pipeline to surpass your goals.
  • You will also be provided with Inbound Leads and booked meetings by the BDR Team
  • Perform deep Discovery to ascertain partners needs and goals and tailor our solutions accordingly 
  • Expertly Demo our Web Application and API
  • Develop and present custom ROI models to illustrate the revenue opportunity our Partners can receive by working with Payabli 
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly Activity Targets to ensure strong pipeline coverage and own your number!  
  • Keep all activity up to date in the CRM
  • Communicate frontline client feedback to Product to help inform the product roadmap 
  • Share best practices with colleagues to ensure that the entire team achieves our goals

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS, Fintech or Payments Sales (Payments experience is a must)
  • Proven track record of owning your number and exceeding goals 
  • Balance confidence with humility
  • Be coachable and eager to learn, payments is an ever evolving industry and requires you to be learning daily.
  • We plan to book appointments on your behalf, however we want people that are true Sales Pros that are comfortable cold-calling / emailing, hopping on jets when needed, attending conferences and prospecting across various channels.  
  • Are a great communicator, able to distill and articulate complex ideas and information into easy to understand business cases. 
  • Are a self-starter who is resourceful and scrappy capable of finding an implementing creative solutions
  • Are a builder by nature and are eager to contribute to architecting, refining and enhancing Payabli’s Sales Playbook.
