The RoleFlagler is hiring an Account Executive to win new business across MSK provider groups and specialty clinics. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role: you will build your own pipeline, run the sales process from first conversation to signed contract, and bring on the clinics that grow with our platform. You will work closely with sales leadership and marketing, and you will help shape how we sell as we scale past our Series B.
What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle for new accounts, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Build pipeline through your own outbound prospecting alongside inbound and marketing-sourced leads
Lead discovery conversations and tailored product demos
Guide buying groups through a complex healthcare purchase, building the business case and quantifying the value of moving to Flagler
Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals that meet quarterly and annual targets
Keep an accurate forecast and a clean pipeline so the team can plan against real numbers
Work with marketing, sales development, and product to move deals forward
Represent Flagler at industry conferences and events, and relay what you learn in the market to product and leadership
5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with a consistent record of meeting or beating quota
Experience carrying a revenue number on complex deals that involve several stakeholders and longer sales cycles
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate a product into clear business value for different buyers
Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, and comfort working day to day in a CRM
Self-direction and strong organization, with a track record of performing in a remote role
Willingness to travel as needed
Health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS sales experience (highly preferred)
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup (nice to have)
Remote, within the United States
Base salary of $135,000 to $150,000, plus commission
