About the Role
The Account Management Team will primarily oversee the overall management and nurturing of existing client accounts, encompassing all operational objectives. They will be accountable for cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships, comprehensively understanding the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges, and strategically aligning FairCode’s products or services to address those requirements. Success will be measured based on metrics related to client retention, FairCode revenue growth within existing accounts, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Implementation:
- The Account Management Team is responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing and deploying the FairCode program and ensuring customer success through the lifetime of the account.
- Account Management:
- Once the FairCode program has been deployed, the Account Management Team will serve as a liaison between the client and various internal FairCode departments, ensuring that the client's needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Understand the client's business needs, objectives, and challenges, and align FairCode’s products or services to meet those needs.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or additional services.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their business growth and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executives, administrators, and department heads at hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
- Actively engage in the market to identify and understand industry trends, customer challenges, risks and opportunities, and leverage this knowledge to provide value-added solutions to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support, and serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or requests.
- Customer Success:
- Work closely with the client to understand their goals, provide ongoing support and guidance, and offer solutions or enhancements to help the client achieve their objectives.
- Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the company's products or services by clients, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact the client's satisfaction or success with the company's offerings.
- Retention and Contract Renewals:
- The Account Management Team is responsible for fostering a strong, long-term relationship with the client to drive retention and contract renewal.
- The Sales Team is responsible for contract renewals, managing ongoing pricing negotiations.
- Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive FairCode revenue growth within existing client accounts, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities for expanding the scope of services or products offered to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives.
- Present and promote new offerings or enhancements to clients, highlighting the value and benefits they provide.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including communication logs, meeting notes, and contract details.
- Generate appropriate reports and messaging on client account activity, revenue performance, and key metrics to management and internal stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, opportunities for growth, new business risks, and other market developments related to the company's products or services and share that knowledge with other members of the FairCode team.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Advocate on behalf of clients within the company, representing their needs and priorities to internal teams and advocating for solutions or enhancements that drive value for the client.
- Referrals:
- The Account Management Team will work directly with clients to obtain referrals for new business and work directly with the Executive Team to arrange follow-up.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred in a related field such as business administration, management, or healthcare. Other skills and qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, problem-solving skills, time management skills, and prioritization and delegation skills.
