What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities – Identify and engage potential clients who need mobile and web development solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle – From initial outreach to closing deals, you’ll be responsible for every step.
  • Understand client needs – Consult with businesses to understand their goals and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships – Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with our tech team – Work closely with developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage your pipeline – Keep track of prospects, follow-ups, and deals using a CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in web or mobile development services – You’ve sold digital solutions before and understand the process.
  • A strong closer – You can take a lead from intro call to signed contract with confidence.
  • Tech-savvy mindset – You don’t need to be a developer, but you should understand the basics of app and web development.
  • Self-motivated & proactive – You know how to hustle and make things happen.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting – You’re comfortable reaching out to new clients and starting conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills – You know how to explain complex digital solutions in a simple, compelling way.
  • Familiarity with the Southwest market – You know the local business landscape and where to find opportunities.
