We are looking for a driven, curious, and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and helping customers see the value of innovative technology. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership of every opportunity. You're naturally consultative, ask thoughtful questions, and know how to uncover customer needs before positioning solutions. You bring energy, resilience, and a strong sense of accountability, balancing persistence with professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including both inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective customers through strategic outreach, discovery, and consultative selling.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and positioning CloudShare's solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure customer feedback helps shape future product development.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity, providing visibility into opportunities and business performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Experience selling to both SMB & Mid-Market organizations
  • Experience targeting SMB level accounts with average deal size of 25K-75K
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees and managing opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  •  Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while taking ownership of results.
  •  Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation Range:  $80k annual base salary, plus $80k commission (OTE of $160k/year)
