Ando is building AI-native workforce infrastructure for the 80M hourly workers in the U.S. and hundreds of millions globally.
Labor is the last broken supply chain. Forecasting, allocation, and professional identity remain fragmented across static tools and manual decision-making. Ando is rebuilding this system from first principles.
We start with highly accurate AI-generated demand forecasts, move to allocation-first labor optimization, and compound value through a persistent labor graph that captures skills, reliability, availability, and performance across time and employers. Over time, this becomes a professional identity layer and intelligent system serving both enterprises and frontline workers.

ContextWe are building our sales team to accelerate growth across restaurants in North America.
This is an early-stage role at a company with real traction and a clear path to scale. If you have sold into restaurants, understand the world of a GM or Ops Director, and want to help build something from the ground up, this role is for you.
The RoleYou will own the full sales cycle for restaurants in the 10 to 50 location range. That means finding them, qualifying them, running the demo, and closing them.
You will also help manage those accounts once they are live, making sure they get value quickly and stay engaged.
What You Will DoRun high-volume outbound to owner-operators and operations leaders at restaurant groups with 10 to 50 locations.
Lead demo calls that show prospects how Ando can help them forecast demand, improve staffing, and reduce schedule friction.
Close deals with urgency and ownership.
Manage pilots through paid conversion. Own the relationship from first call through renewal.
Work directly with the Head of Growth and leadership team on strategy, pipeline prioritization, and target accounts.
Bring customer feedback back to Product, Operations, and Customer Success so we keep building around real operator needs.

A genuine preference for outbound.
Strong demo instincts. You know how to show value fast and get a decision in the room.
Comfort with start-up culture. The playbook is being written, and you will help write it.
A competitive streak. You want to win, and you want the team to win.
Clear communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to keep a pipeline honest.
Culture at AndoAndo is a high-trust, high-care organization built on ownership, respect, and thoughtful collaboration.
