As an Account Executive, Micro, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with prospective single provider clients. You’ll leverage your sales skills and product knowledge to present tailored solutions to clinic owners and decision-makers, ensuring they understand the value of our software. This entry-level position is perfect for motivated individuals looking to launch or grow their career in SaaS sales.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying them for further engagement.
Consultative Sales:
- Understand client pain points and recommend solutions from our suite of SaaS offerings.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations virtually.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking all customer interactions and progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for calls, demos, and closed deals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Share customer feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements.
What You Should Have to Qualify
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in healthcare SaaS, with at least 6 months in sales role or at least 6 months of achieving goals as a WebPT SDR/BDR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Experience or interest in physical therapy, healthcare, or billing is a plus.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
- Full cycle sales experience
- Experience managing a sales territory in an SDR/BDR and AE capacity
- Experience developing and executing an outbound pipeline generation plan
