About the Position

As an Account Executive at Embue, you will be a key contributor in helping Embue scale its customer base and revenue. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and achieving your assigned sales targets. You will proactively identify and engage with potential clients, demonstrating the value of Embue’s solutions to convert prospects into long-term partners.

Your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to negotiations and closing deals, while building strong relationships with new customers. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience and set the foundation for sustainable growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to Embue’s expansion, revenue growth, and market presence.

How You'll Contribute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-converting sales pipeline within your designated territory
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, both locally and nationally, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, pipeline management, and customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Embue’s solutions fulfill those needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Account Executive, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager, or similar quota-carrying positions, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate (multifamily preferred) or related industries including energy management, HVAC or proptech is highly desirable, and an extensive network of industry contacts
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent negotiation, consulting, and client-facing sales abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • History of achieving assigned sales targets
