Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team as an InteleScreen overlay specialist. This role will focus exclusively on selling InteleScreen, our comprehensive patient tracking and workflow solution for breast and lung imaging organizations. Working in partnership with geography-based account executives, you will serve as the subject matter expert for InteleScreen across multiple territories, driving new business development and supporting existing customer expansion opportunities.

InteleScreen is a dedicated patient tracking solution designed specifically for breast and lung imaging organizations. The platform streamlines patient communications, automates MQSA compliance tracking, enhances productivity with single-click reporting features, and integrates seamlessly with existing health record and dictation software to create tailored workflows that improve patient care continuity.

This position reports to the SVP, Strategic Growth Initiatives and works in a matrix relationship with geography-based account executives across assigned territories. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution. 

Sales & Revenue Generation 

  • Drive new business acquisition for InteleScreen across assigned territories in partnership with geography-based account executives 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets 
  • Organize and lead product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders including radiologists, imaging center administrators, and IT decision-makers 
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospect identification through contract negotiation and closure 
  • Collaborate with territory account executives to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts 

Product Expertise & Thought Leadership 

  • Serve as the primary InteleScreen subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning 
  • Stay current on breast and lung imaging industry trends, MQSA compliance requirements, and workflow optimization best practices 
  • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to different customer segments and use cases 
  • Create and deliver educational content including webinars, case studies, and industry presentations 

Customer Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers across multiple territories 
  • Partner with geography-based account executives to provide overlay support for complex opportunities 
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and identify expansion opportunities 
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with marketing to develop InteleScreen-specific sales materials, campaigns, and lead generation activities 
  • Collaborate with product management to communicate customer requirements and market feedback 
  • Partner with technical sales engineers and implementation teams to support pre-sales activities and customer onboarding 
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate contract negotiations and deal closure 

Qualifications

Experience & Background 

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or medical imaging 
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas 
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, imaging centers, or radiology practices preferred 
  • Understanding of radiology workflows, MQSA compliance requirements, or breast/lung imaging operations a plus 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level executives and clinical decision-makers 
  • Strong consultative selling approach with ability to identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously across different territories 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year to $110,000/year within any geographic market in the USA.  Intelerad is a total compensation company.   First year OTE (on target earnings) for this role including base salary and commission is $200,000-220,000, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
