About the Role

Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, community driven Account Executive to support and grow Fetch’s insurance partnerships. This is a remote account management role within our sales organization focused on partner performance, agent engagement, and execution at scale with mid-sized and large organizations. The ideal candidate brings relationship management, data driven insight, and operational discipline. You’ll work cross functionally to turn partner goals into action by proactively identifying opportunities and risk and delivering a high touch experience that drives adoption, revenue, and long-term growth. 

This role requires someone who is comfortable owning a book of business, leading partner conversations, and continuously improving how we work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key insurance partners and lead meetings to uncover business development goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies 
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your book of business, engaging agents via outbound calls, performance reviews, and data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Champion agent feedback to help shape internal strategy and drive insights
  • Develop training sessions, webinars, and promotional efforts that increase adoption and performance.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and troubleshoot issues across departments or partners.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Deliver high-quality written communications, including recap emails, meeting follow-ups, and partner-facing updates.
  • Continuously assess workflows to identify and drive operational efficiencies and scalable practices.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive action using PowerBI and G-suite 
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
  • Familiar with brokers or agents ecosystem preferred.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments.
Compensation
  • The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 on a full-time basis
  • Along with base salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses
  • This position is eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s)
