Account Executives at Marble will manage the sales cycle with schools, prospect new accounts, and represent the company at meetings.
Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. It almost never starts there. Instead, it begins with a treatable mental health issue. Marble is building the operating system for youth mental health to massively increase access to timely, preventative care for all kids, before things get worse.
We’re looking for Account Executives to help us bring Marble to more schools and districts across New Jersey. This is a remote role (our HQ is in NYC) but we expect candidates to be in the office in NYC on a regular basis.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle with schools from first outreach through partnership
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while managing a growing pipeline
- Bring feedback from the field to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Represent Marble at key school district meetings and events across New Jersey.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high growth environment
- High performer with a track record of exceeding quota and creating partnerships that last
- Startup-minded — you're scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence
- Mission-driven and energized by improving youth mental health
Don't meet every requirement on this list? We still want to hear from you — we hire for potential, drive, and mission-alignment as much as we do for experience.
Compensation
Our compensation is based on experience and includes both base and commission. On target earnings are between $140k and $170k with meaningful equity.
