The Account Executive 2 is responsible for managing a portfolio of brand partners and delivering against advertising revenue goals through strategic media planning and execution. This role serves as a trusted advisor to brand partners, helping them connect with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customers through personalized, full-funnel media campaigns. The Partner Manager collaborates closely with internal teams—including Buying, Account Management, GTM, Ad Ops, Audience, & Analytics to ensure campaign success and long-term brand partner satisfaction. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong foundation in media or retail who is ready to take on greater ownership of brand relationships and revenue outcomes.

- Own a portfolio of brand partners and deliver against assigned revenue goals
- Develop strategic media plans that align with brand partner objectives and NMN capabilities
- Lead brand partner conversations, including media planning, campaign reviews, and performance discussions
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign execution and post-campaign reporting
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities through data-driven insights and solution selling
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and pipeline tracking using tools such as Salesforce
- Educate brand partners on NMN’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and innovation opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to align media strategies with merchandising and marketing priorities
You own this if you have...
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in retail media sales, ad tech sales, and/or marketing, preferably in a brand partner-facing role
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and retail media concepts
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and media planning processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
