The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, highly analytical, and a motivated self-starter with a customer-first mindset - someone who can build trust and become a strategic advisor to our DSP partners. This role requires a strong understanding of RTB exchange optimization, supply-side technologies, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to drive growth through upselling, craft compelling stories from data, and maximize programmatic performance and efficiency.

- Co-develop comprehensive account strategies in collaboration with your Platform Partnerships counterpart, focusing on technical, product, and supply optimization initiatives that drive stronger performance and platform value.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions, both on a set cadence and ad hoc, to identify partner needs, address challenges, and uncover growth opportunities across OpenX’s exchange, products, and publisher ecosystem.
- Revenue: Own and drive revenue performance across your portfolio of demand platform partners, remaining accountable for achieving growth targets and identifying incremental opportunities through private marketplace deals, exchange optimization, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends by identifying and reporting key drivers—both positive and negative—to ensure organizational visibility, accountability, and proactive management of performance outcomes.
- Accelerate growth by uncovering client expansion opportunities, supporting technical integrations, promoting new product use cases, and leveraging data insights to optimize key performance indicators.
- Oversee financial and operational processes including discrepancy resolution, annual incentive management, and onboarding of new real-time bidding (RTB) partners as needed.
- Technical Insights, Optimizations, and Analysis
- Analyze exchange performance trends across demand platforms, publishers, formats, regions, and other bidstream signals to inform both broad and tailored DSP strategies.
- Advise partners on integration enhancements and product opportunities by leveraging a deep understanding of DSP technical architectures, optimization levers, and monetization pathways.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve efficiency for DSP partners, delivering actionable insights that empower data-driven decisions, exceed performance benchmarks, and maximize the value derived from the OpenX Exchange.
- Lead the identification and execution of optimization strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen integration health, and deepen DSP partnerships.
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to design and enhance reporting frameworks and exchange dashboards in Excel, Looker, or similar tools to surface key trends and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with internal teams across Publisher Development, Buyer Development, Product, Marketing, and Customer Solutions Engineering to address client needs, resolve requests, and drive meaningful business outcomes for demand platform partners.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Platform Partnerships on enterprise and strategic accounts to align on account strategies, share technical insights, and communicate partner challenges, requirements, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain deep industry and competitive expertise along with an expert-level understanding of OpenX’s product suite - clearly articulating how OpenX differentiates itself in the programmatic ecosystem and delivers value to demand partners.
