The Account Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Agents and internal teams within Brokerage Transactions Services marketing, ensuring seamless communication, clear expectations, and timely delivery of marketing projects. This role is focused on marketing project oversight and is essential in driving agent satisfaction and supporting the success of the Brokerage Transaction Services Platform.
By managing marketing project workflows, maintaining data integrity, and supporting agent success, the Account Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality projects and fostering lasting relationships across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage marketing project workflows using the corporate Asana platform, including project setup, approval routing, task tracking, and deadline management.
- Oversee agent marketing activities to ensure projects are initiated, tracked, and completed according to established standards and timelines.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on projects, guiding decisions related to deliverables.
- Proactively assess agent needs, identify opportunities for expanded support, and recommend services that enhance agent success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and deliverables are met with precision.
- Investigate and resolve agent-related escalations, collaborating with leadership to address issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data across all relevant systems and tools.
- Monitor project progress and generate clear, articulate reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure reporting reflects current status, key milestones, and any risks or delays, enabling informed decision-making and proactive support.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Account Coordination, Marketing Communications, in a creative agency, marketing department or within the commercial real estate or similar industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on agent satisfaction.
- Experience using task management systems such as Asana or Jira in a professional setting.
- Strong technical proficiency across digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Creative and proactive problem solver who can navigate complex situations and provide solutions quickly.
- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate terminology or willingness to learn.
