Ameresco is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Coordinator to work in our growing Solar Operations and Maintenance group. The role is remote and will be assisting Account Managers with day-to-day activities servicing our increasing number of clients and projects across all regions.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
If parts or subcontractor services are needed, work with your Account Manager to get the details to prepare the PO.
If the client requires a quote to prior to our completing the work, work with your Account Manager to get the details to prepare the quote.
Assist Account Managers with preparing invoices as needed
PO’s need to be billed in the year they were created to confirm all costs are being applied to the correct year. Monitor the Open PO report and request invoices from vendors if they are lagging.
Assist Account Managers with preparing quarterly invoices
Inspection and Aerial Imaging Reports
Assist Account Managers with completion checks & documentation preparation
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, customer requirements and project profitability.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Highly proficient working with Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn other computer applications.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
