Position: Account Coordinator, Osprey
Department: Sales
Work Location: Cortez, CO, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will be doing:
The Account Coordinator focuses on managing an identified portfolio of Specialty Independent outdoor retails, and key accounts, to both support and increase sales through exceptional service. Responsibilities include detailed processing and follow-through of orders & reporting, closely monitoring monthly forecasts & sell-through performance while determining opportunities for additional sales growth. The Account Coordinator also provides analytical, admin, and order management support to the Sales Manager and territory reps . The Account Coordinator is an Osprey product expert - maintaining product knowledge, technical skills and selling enthusiasm of the entire Osprey product line.
Collect and review forecasts and preseason orders; support Sales Manager with analysis and communication.
Assist in monthly sales forecasting and inventory planning for Key and independent accounts.
Support Sales Manager with sell-in asset creation, distribution, and organization.
Provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to wholesale partners and sales reps.
Analyze assortments and work with Sales Manager & reps to advise on item/category misses and opportunities
Support order allocation and inventory processes with Sales Ops when required.
Generate monthly analytics using BI tools for sales team use.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for key accounts.
Process sample and seeding orders for key accounts and reps.
Support customer care in follow through of revisions, returns, and overall order management when necessary.
Prepare notes and insights for business review meetings.
Oversee Go Spot Check: assign missions, track progress, and report results.
Maintain organization and updates for vendor agreements, contracts, programs, and routing details.
Assist Sales Manager in maintaining sales dashboard of key accounts sales.
Complete quarterly commission reporting for select key accounts.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Strong organizational skills and effective oral, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated track record providing a high level of key account support
Ability to effectively engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of account sales strategy and execution
Proficient skills with Power BI, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years commensurate experience
3+ years’ experience providing account support
2+ years in sales positions of increasing responsibility/scale
Experience with account management and related ordering/sell-through/margin analysis
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the outdoor industry
Experience operating within Oracle and BI , as it relates to Osprey’s business
In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $60,259.97 - $90,389.96X annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
