What’s my new career opportunity?


As an Account Coordinator, North America, you’ll support our growing client partnerships by assisting in the delivery of cutting-edge gaming campaigns. You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, clients feel supported, and our delivery teams have what they need to succeed.

This is a hands-on learning role where you’ll gain exposure to global brands, gaming publishers, and influencer talent while developing your expertise in campaign management and gaming marketing. It’s an ideal step for someone looking to build a career in account management with one of the fastest-growing gaming marketing companies in the world.

 

What will I be responsible for delivering?

  • Manage and optimise campaigns hands-on while overseeing offshore teams and partners to ensure performance and delivery.
  • Support Account Managers in delivering integrated gaming campaigns across North America.
  • Assist with campaign set-up, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams (creative, ad ops, strategy, production).
  • Track project budgets and liaise with Finance on invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Manage day-to-day admin tasks including client status updates, meeting notes, and reporting decks.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and gaming audiences to inform client recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by responding quickly and providing excellent service.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve campaign delivery.

 

What do I need to bring?

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client service, or campaign delivery (media, advertising, gaming, or related field).
  • A genuine passion for gaming and gaming culture.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with timelines, juggle multiple tasks, and follow processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment.
