Account Coordinator/Manager

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, credibility, and measurable results.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and performance reports that inspire confidence and action.
- Collaborate with research and strategy teams to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign metrics, problem-solve quickly, and adapt strategies to maximize performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts, driving both client success and agency growth.
- Lead with accountability and extreme ownership, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, no surprises.

What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of account or project management experience (B2B or marketing preferred).
- Strong project management skills (experience with WRIKE a plus).
- Familiarity with marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social advertising.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A relentless drive for results and a team-win before self-win mindset.
