Job Title: Account Associate- Coach International Wholesale / New York, NY
Primary Purpose: The Account Associate is responsible for supporting Director with growing the Coach International wholesale business. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and will be able to support key strategies and initiatives. The Account Associate is organized, has strong communication skills and can build meaningful relationships with wholesale partners. This individual is proactive, takes a solution-oriented approach and is passionate about driving the business through thoughtful execution, and partnership. Drive The Business

  • Support the achievement of total POS, gross shipment and net sales targets
  • Proactively analyze and monitor selling for all accounts, taking necessary action steps
  • Optimize account performance by implementing product strategies and assortment recommendations
  • Collaborate with customer service team on ensuring timely product shipments and RTVs
  • Conduct market appointments, engage with accounts and support with assortment selection
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies


Customer Service

  • Establish strong working relationships with wholesale partners as well as internal partners
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships and address various needs promptly and effectively
  • Own all aspects of order management execution, accuracy, monitoring and tracking
  • Responsible for all market week planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling


Cross-functional Partnership

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams inclusive of merchandising, operations, finance, marketing and field teams
  • Partner with field team on in-store assortment execution, ensuring stores are following brand standards
  • Travel as needed to support with VM execution, market activities and strengthen client relationships
