Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated Account Analyst to help us create long-term, scalable growth and development of our Consumer Electronics distribution channel. The Analyst will be responsible for tracking revenue and performance trends as well as, managing the tactical and administrative needs of the channel. This role is high profile and requires strong organization, communication, planning and analytical skills. Experience working with Best Buy and Target is required.

Key Responsibilities
· Tactically manage key joint business planning priorities and develop a positive business relationship with key customers, especially Best Buy and Target
· Accurately report and forecast the business which would include monthly sales, promotions, and other initiatives. Exceptionally manage MDF, promotion and revenue budgets monthly
· Monitor performance trends and identify and propose resolutions as needed
· Work with internal teams, including rep agency, to ensure proper support to deliver business priorities and best support customers
· High cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, sales planning, ops and marketing

The Right Person Would Have:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 5+ years experience and a proven track record at large national retailers. Best Buy and Target experience required
· High proficiency in data analytics and performance reporting
· Excellent communication skills
· Preference for candidates residing in the greater Minneapolis are
