The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Accessibility Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will ensure that our platform, content, and communications are accessible to all users, meeting accessibility standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accessibility audits on web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to implement accessibility improvements
- Develop guidelines and training materials for accessibility best practices
- Monitor compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards
- Provide recommendations for enhancing user experience for all users
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in accessibility, UX, or related fields
- Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and design/collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
