Develop cutting edge test generation strategies for validating the performance and functionality of our accelerator design. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to build code to generate a wide range of tests in ways that explore our architecture in novel or complex ways.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the functionality space of our test generation tool
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to determine ideal test vectors
- Design and implement novel approaches for generating tests with complex dependencies
- Profile and tune test generation code
- Understand the ISA to help debug issues caught by the tests generated
Requirements
- Coursework or experience in Operating Systems or Embedded Software Engineering
- Coursework or experience with Assembly Language Programming and Computer Architecture
- Fluent in Python
- Experience with C/C++/Rust
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, written and verbal communication
- Strong organization skills, and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules.
- Desire to learn new skills and attack novel problems
Optional Requirements
- Experience with CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, or SYCL
- Coursework or experience with Compiler Development
- Experience with CI flows and infrastructure
Education and Experience
PhD, Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
