The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting team you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client business requirements and configuring systems to meet those needs. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your knowledge in core banking systems and technical skills to deliver exceptional solutions while mentoring junior team members and building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to navigate complex challenges in the banking sector, enhancing your personal brand and technical knowledge in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Hands on core banking platform configuration and solution testing
  • Support solution design by working with architects and developers to confirm requirements are technically feasible
  • Bridge communication between business teams and technical teams

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
  • Preferred field(s) of study in: Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, Finance
  • Understanding of and hands-on configuration experience with Core Banking and SaaS/BaaS
  • Experience using Postman to test API calls
  • Documenting business and technical requirements
  • Creating business process models and documentation
  • Familiarity with API standards and integration methods
  • Utilizing project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory compliance

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
