- Create Partner-Facing Content: Develop high-quality training materials—written guides, videos, and eLearning modules—that make complex topics easy to understand.
- Manage Change & Content Upkeep: Own the intake and triage process for content updates, ensuring everything stays accurate, relevant, and aligned with Pax8 standards.
- Support Projects & Pilots: Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, contribute to pilot programs, and respond to emerging training needs.
- Lead Content Projects: Plan and manage small-to-medium scale content projects, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders informed.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content development.
- Strong writing and editing skills, especially in technical or educational contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms (like Docebo) and instructional design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A passion for learning, problem-solving, and making complex ideas simple.
