Join us as we seek an Academic Dean, on-site at our Denver campus, to expand and refine our training courses, while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.
Responsibilities of an Academic Dean
- Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
- Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence
- Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
- Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
- Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
- Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs
Requirements of an Academic Dean
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
