ABM and Outbound Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About PeoplePartners
  • At PeoplePartners, great work starts with great people—and we’ve built a workplace where both can thrive.
  • As a Great Place to Work certified company, we’re proud of a people-first culture where you’re trusted to contribute, encouraged to grow, and given opportunities to make a genuine impact. You’ll work with global teams and businesses, build skills that travel with you, and develop your career in an environment that values initiative, curiosity, and fresh thinking.
  • If you’re looking for global exposure, meaningful work, and room to grow without leaving home, there’s a place for you here.
Role Overview
  • Great outbound isn’t about turning up the volume. It’s about turning up the relevance.
  • As our ABM and Outbound Marketing Specialist, you’ll own targeted B2B outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns designed to find the right accounts, reach the right decision-makers, and turn meaningful digital conversations into real Sales opportunities.
  • You’ll take agreed ICPs, industries, markets, personas, and named accounts and turn them into focused outbound strategies across email and LinkedIn. From account research and segmentation to messaging, sequences, automation, testing, and optimisation, you’ll have the autonomy to determine what works—and improve what doesn’t.
  • This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just activity. You’ll use campaign data, buyer responses, and Sales feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve outbound performance.
  • And no, this isn’t a cold-calling role. Phone and SMS outreach sit with Sales. Your focus is digital outbound.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B outbound and ABM strategies based on agreed ICPs, industries, markets, personas, and named accounts.
  • Research, segment, and prioritise high-fit target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Manage email outreach and LinkedIn social selling campaigns.
  • Personalise outreach using relevant prospect and account research.
  • Qualify and nurture digital conversations toward appointments and qualified Sales handoffs.
  • Build and optimise outbound sequences, workflows, automations, and campaign plays.
  • Use AI for prospect research, personalisation, campaign development, and analysis.
  • Analyse campaign performance and conduct evidence-based experiments.
  • Test and optimise messaging, audiences, sequences, and outbound approaches.
  • Use prospect objections, buying signals, campaign data, and Sales feedback to improve campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, engagement, booking, handoff, and campaign records.
  • Manage lead lifecycle activity and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Monitor email deliverability fundamentals and sender health.
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, handoffs, and downstream outcomes.
  • Track meaningful outbound performance, appointments, qualified handoffs, and pipeline activity.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on experience owning B2B outbound and ABM campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience building or executing ABM and outbound campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience progressing B2B prospects through email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong B2B writing and prospect personalization skills.
  • Experience researching, segmenting, and prioritizing target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Experience building and optimizing outbound sequences, workflows, or automations.
  • Experience using prospecting or sales-engagement platforms for outbound campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and adjusting underperforming campaigns based on data.
  • Experience managing lead life-cycles, CRM hygiene, and Sales hand-offs.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.
  • Ability to use campaign data, buyer responses, and Sales feedback to make prospecting and optimization decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take accountability for commercial outcomes.
  • Practical experience using AI for research, personalization, campaign development, or analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Apollo experience, particularly across prospecting, segmentation, sequences, workflows, automations, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot Sequences, Lemlist, Instantly, or comparable sales-engagement platforms.
  • Ability to become productive in Apollo quickly if coming from another platform.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for B2B social selling and prospect engagement.
