We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design product packaging, labels, inserts, hangtags, and display materials across multiple formats and product lines.
  • Develop clear, polished sales presentations and lookbooks for new launches, seasonal collections, and major buyer meetings.
  • Create marketing collateral such as line sheets, style guides, promotional layouts, email graphics, and web / social assets as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency while ensuring visual clarity, aesthetic quality, and commercial relevance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design visually compelling decks that communicate product stories, key differentiators, and merchandising approaches.
  • Translate product imagery, finishes, and collection inspiration into clean, organized presentation layouts aligned with customer needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of visual content for sales reviews, showroom meetings, and major retail buyer presentations.
  • Use Wrike or similar project management tools to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and properly formatted print and digital production files.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, product development, and sales teams to align on priorities and ensure timely execution.
  • Participate in remote check-ins, critiques, and collaboration sessions during business Hours.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer goods, home décor, lifestyle, or retail product environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience with packaging design, dielines, print preparation, and production-ready artwork.
  • Strong ability to design professional sales presentations—clean layout, branded storytelling, and visually persuasive communication.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communicator who works well in collaborative environments.

It´s a Plus:

  • Experience with home décor or consumer lifestyle branding.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D mock-ups or product visualization.
  • Experience building digital lookbooks, line sheets, or merchandising guides.
  • Familiarity with trends in interiors, décor, and seasonal visual storytelling.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
