We need an English-fluent Senior Strategic Marketer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Translate targets into a channel plan (digital ads, podcast-for-content, events/roundtables, tradeshows, trainings, LinkedIn/email).
  • Work on copy and messaging for the website.
  • Define success metrics, run weekly operating rhythms, and report progress clearly. 
  • Craft ICP messaging for sales leaders & HR/L&D; test channel mix and reallocate based on data.
  • Operate the stack without bloat: Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics.
  • Partner with a RevOps and agency to ensure funnel hygiene and instrumentation.
  • Consultative approach for evaluating the current marketing plan.

Requirements:


  • Must have 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS growth/marketing;  ideally sales tech/enablement.
  • Experience reaching out to Sales and HR professionals in SaaS companies and HR Tech—this is the main ICP.
  • Experience working with companies generating $2M+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Proficient in Pipedrive.
  • Experience working with: Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, Google Analytics; strong analytical chops
  • Background working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Event planning (sponsors/speakers) and product-led growth experience (is a plus).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategy, supported by a portfolio of campaigns with measurable results.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $4,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
