We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Administrative Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Track expenses, tally monthly costs, and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks such as bill payments and light accounting.
  • Communicate with staff (e.g., nurses), clients, and vendors to update schedules and ensure availability.
  • Follow up with leads, send emails, and help set up meetings with potential business partners.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and support invoicing processes.
  • Answer and manage emails and phone calls as needed.
  • Assist with light lead generation, client follow-ups, and possibly support social media or message responses.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative records and confidential information.
  • Adapt to additional admin or back-office tasks as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable handling both business and personal administrative tasks.
  • Experience with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense tracking.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and email management.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple parties (clients, staff, vendors).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Trustworthiness with sensitive information; background check required.
  • Experience in healthcare or similar industries is a plus (not mandatory).

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this part time (20h/w) position varies from (USD) $500 - $800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
