We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Accounting & Administrative Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Register accounting transactions (income, expenses, purchases, sales, provisions). 
  • Invoice agency services.
  • Manage payments to vendors and clients; follow up on accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly closings.
  • Analyze accounts from the financial statements chart of accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of U.S. tax forms (e.g., 1099s, W-2s, state sales tax returns, corporate income tax filings).
  • Keep administrative and financial documentation organized and up to date.
  • Support internal audits and administrative procedures with government entities.
  • Prepare administrative and financial reports under the supervision of the department lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative processes.
  • Enthusiastic candidate looking to grow in the areas of administration and accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and federal/state tax regulations.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with IRS processes and forms (e.g., W-9, W-2, 1099, 941, 1120).
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
  • Ethics, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.
  • Clear communication and team spirit.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this part-time (20h/w) position varies from (USD) $400 - $500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
