- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Develop detailed interior and exterior scenes using industry-standard techniques.
- Produce realistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions.

Requirements
- Professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, CGI, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Experience creating renderings using Corona Renderer.
- Advanced understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, and composition.
- Ability to create highly realistic visual outputs.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated work style.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Results-oriented and analytical approach to work.
- Experience working on hospitality, architecture, real estate, or commercial visualization projects is highly valued.
