We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) who brings a strong blend of product leadership and operational expertise in RCM. This role will be pivotal in shaping our RCM product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.

As a key leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that improve financial outcomes for healthcare providers, enhance operational efficiencies, and drive revenue growth.

A Day in the Life

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Innovaccer’s RCM solutions, focusing on solving complex operational challenges for healthcare providers.
  • Leverage deep RCM domain knowledge (patient access, billing, coding, claims management, denials, AR management, and payment posting) to design impactful product features.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Work with customers, RCM operations teams, and sales to gather feedback, validate product-market fit, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to support product positioning, value propositions, and enablement.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in RCM to continuously evolve the product offering.
  • Define key product KPIs and track product performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives, including workshops and executive briefings, to showcase product capabilities and roadmap alignment.
  • Work with leadership to support strategic partnerships and alliances relevant to the RCM ecosystem.

 What You Need

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years in leading RCM products in healthcare technology companies.
  • Prior experience in RCM operations, consulting, or working with RCM service providers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the entire RCM lifecycle, including patient access, revenue integrity, claims processing, denials management, and payment reconciliation.
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred.

We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.

Here’s What We Offer

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with 22 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays—because we believe work-life balance fuels performance.
