Supporting active projects, programs, and day-to-day team activities
Applying classroom knowledge to real-world technical or business challenges
Working alongside engineers, technical specialists, and business professionals
Participating in team meetings, project reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
Conducting research, analysis, documentation, testing, or project support relevant to your area
Learning about the commercial space industry and the development and operation of lunar missions
Presenting your work and accomplishments at the conclusion of the internship

What You Will Need
Have completed a minimum of two years of college-level coursework by the start of the Summer 2027 internship
Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and continuing their education following the internship
Be pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area for which they are being considered
Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in-person, full-time (paid hourly) for 12 weeks at our Englewood, CO location beginning in May 2027
What Makes You Stand Out!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced design and development environment
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile software engineering practices and processes
- Previous engineering internship experience (aerospace preferred)

The ispaceUS Summer Internship Program is designed to provide more than just work experience. Interns will have opportunities to learn about different areas of the company, build professional relationships, develop career skills, and gain exposure to the challenges and opportunities of working in the commercial space industry.
We want our interns to leave the summer with meaningful accomplishments, new skills, professional connections, and a better understanding of where their careers could take them.
Compensation
- Intern roles are non exempt (overtime eligible, as authorized) hourly positions paid at $28/hr
- Housing stipend paid @$300/week
