The Marketing Engagement Intern will support the execution and coordination of marketing communications across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will play a key role in ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule while maintaining strong alignment across Marketing and working collaboratively with various Operations, Product and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

    • Campaign Coordination & Execution
    • Creating and managing the BEFH quiz process through the Outgrow tool
    • Submit and manage creative and campaign requests to the Brand Team via JIRA
    • Track progress of requests and follow up to ensure timely delivery
    • Support the execution of BEFH (Best Egg Financial Health) communications
    • Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure communications are running as scheduled
    • Assist in reviewing reporting dashboards and flagging any issues or discrepancies
    • Support ongoing optimization by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in campaign execution
    • Calendar & Workflow Management

Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets preferred)
